I am EXTREMELY happy with the service at DAISY TARSI!! The Service is not only great your vision becomes theirs.. I walked in with no problem and had them help me find what I was looking for!! Not only did no one greet me, but I proceeded to wait around till someone broke away from their conversations to say hello. I trust Digna and Maryellen with a blind eye. They have created amazing dresses for me in the past and now are designing and making the wedding dress of my dress. They are both true artists and have a keen eye for design and what will fit a woman's body best. It has been amazing to deal with them on the designing process and the coordinating of all my bridesmaids, jr. bridesmaid, flower girl's, mother's and grandmother's dresses. Daisy Tarsi and its talented designers made me the dress of my dreams! I had some general ideas and they made it come to life, and even had French lace imported special for my dress. I had several fittings...scheduling was no issue. They handled all of my bridesmaid dress orders too, from several parts of the country.
When I first got engaged I immediately started looking for a wedding dresses. I visited many boutiques and eventually came up with an idea of my dream dress. At Daisy Tarsi I was positively impressed by their customer service and Maryellen’s ability to capture the vision I had. After leaving the boutique that first day, I felt relieved and confident that Daisy Tarsi would create my perfect dress. AND THEY DELIVERED! I cannot begin to tell you how much I loved my experience at Daisy Tarsi. I call it an experience because buying a wedding dress really is an experience from beginning to end. I felt that the entire staff at Daisy Tarsi stood by me from beginning to end. They always made me feel at home even when they were busy. This place does not only provide poor quality dresses that are over priced, they are rude and have the WORST customer service I have ever delt with. DO NOT BUY BRIDES MAIDS DRESSES HERE!! Trust me you will be disappointed! Don't waste your time even going to the store. If the people in this store had any brains they would realize that customer service is key to being successful, especially during these times. Word of mouth is everything and I would never recommend this store to anyone I know. Girls STAY AWAY!
