I wish I had read these Google reviews before buying a Daisy pool cover. Their website claimed the cover would be "slightly oversized," but mine arrived more than 20% oversized—making it extremely difficult to cut as it didn’t fit anywhere within the pool. When I called customer service (or lack thereof), the representative admitted the covers are intentionally oversized to cut costs and maximize profits by using offcuts from other covers. Spoke to Shane and the team for about 15 minutes super helpful on info I had no idea about there electric roller. Saves heaps of time and will never go back to a manual one
Pool cover and roller both require major work to assemble and fit which was NOT made clear prior to purchasing. The instructions seem designed to be deliberately confused and unintelligible. Also i was given incorrect instructions by the support department. Not easy for someone in my condition and as a result they probably won't ever get used. Very, very poor.
