I went there to fix two nails I explained to them about my concern even out the nail shape it etc.the lady was very rushy she didn’t want to shape it well this is the first nail salon that I would say is only it for the money they don’t care about satisfaction of they’re clients they didn’t fix my concern she told me to fix it…that’s why I came here it’s better to go to a quality nail salon even if your in a rush it’s not worth it they will try to up charge you extra extra so that they can do less work very concerning behavi... read more

My experience was.. interesting! I DO love my nails no issues there, but please remove your nails before you go. They do NOT soak your nails to remove them. They RIP THEM OFFand destroy your real nails.. no complaints about my manicure though he was very nice and did wonderful, but I found it very odd that I had to sit through 20 minutes of pain with him ripping off my previous set. He did ask if I was okay I said yes, *I have a high pain tolerance* it was hurting of course because that's common sense of course ripping them ... read more

Went for a pedicure and they upsold Me for a “spa pedicure” (that’s quite alright) but they did not do the pedicure at all. They just massaged my legs and put a warm towel, when asked about the pedicure the man said he had done it. He didn’t. I think they were upset because I wanted a clean pedicure without any nail polish.
