Horrible experience. My nails were not even in shape and the colour was not precise either, the edges were empty and it showed. Not to mention the nail tech cut me multiple times. The old lady who is the owner of the store is very rude and wouldn’t fix my crooked nail that her worker did. This is my second bad experience at this place. Their work is not clean or precise. Do not recommend and Not going back again.
I had a really bad experience at this nail salon. I came about 30 minutes before closing, and the young man who did my nails (I think his name is Vienne or something similar) was clearly rushing to finish. During my pedicure, he poked one of my toenails and it started bleeding. They didn’t do anything to stop the bleeding or even check if I was okay. service was disrespectful. horrible service and workers
Went in on Sunday 09/14/2025 and have been a regular customer for well over 5 years. I’ve never had a bad experience until this new employee came to do my toes. She cut my cuticles too deep to a burning sensation which she did with the filing tools as well. Once she started doing one layer of the nail polish and proceeded to burn two of my nails as she put it on top and then tells me with attitude to be more careful. No apology. If giving this nail salon 0 stars was possible, I would do it. I went in and asked for a pedicure and a manicure, while they have lots of colours to choose from, the service was not up to par. My nail were chipped three days after the service, despite them being shellac. It didn’t take long for the nails to pop off. All around, manicure was just poorly done, with cuticle flooding.
