Zero stars if that was an option. Very rude receptionist not helpful at all, had an attitude and thought it was funny when I had a question. I will not be going there now because of that.
Dr. Chin is wonderful. Patient, thorough, compassionate. She took the time to answer ALL of our questions, and most importantly made our child feel seen and respected.
I took my child for a consultation. Instead of explaining why she wouldn't or couldn't help, she proceeded to insult my child by ridiculing our concerns and questions. I felt she was in a wrong profession.
I’m a 14 year old trans girl I decided to see doctor chin for my gender affirming care. She was actually very nice at the appointment. But unfortunately she didn’t even go over all the paperwork with me or my mom and we had to take the paperwork home and fill it out and upload it to (Mychart) very frustrating I also had to upload each file She said I could start when the blood results and everything came back Well that was a complete lie very inconsistent!
