I had the same problem. Plant for a funeral ( as if the situation wasn't bad enough) Supposedly was delivered to the wrong funeral home...which I finally contacted and they have no record of...and she continued to put charges on my card. I'm not sure what she thought would happen, that I would just hand over money for nothing?!?. I have contacted my bank, the authorities and a lawyer. Charges will be filed. I hate that I’m posting this because I’m not one to leave a bad review. But I have reached out multiple multiple times for a refund. I ordered a succulent plant from Dawn almost month ago for a funeral for my bestfriends grandma. It was supposed to be delivered on July 4th. She called me stating her card got hacked and she needed to me to cash app her the $$ instead and refunded me through the website. So I cash apped her, no questions asked. I give daisy and dreams 5 stars ⭐️ for being willing to help and create something beautiful! I live out of town and wanted to send my mom an orchid for her 80th birthday. I called every florist in Livingstone and no one had any orchids. But I found and ordered one from Lowe’s, I just needed someone to pick it up and deliver it. Every florist refused except daisy and dreams. The owner picked it up, made it more beautiful and delivered it. I highly recommend this place
