Update: 2 years later, still not a good experience. They really need to work on customer service here. I remember this location having good customer service gor many years. Not anymore. My son has always thought it was fun to call them out when they don't flip the blizzard upside down to hand it to him. Well the other day he did and they refused to do the free blizzard, instead they gave him this 🤔 So basically making him pay for another meal, in order to get a lesser reward, instead of doing what they advertised. They messed up our order in more than one way and it was a really simple order. I wasn't very impressed.
Got a to-go order. Short of wings when opened at home. Felt rude in responding to customer. This team need more training. Hate to reach them back. Better avoid.
Small chicken strips.
Staff is very friendly and service is speedy.
