We stood at the counter for several minutes while multiple employees saw us but never acknowledged us or let us know someone would be with us shortly. We understand businesses can be short-staffed, and we would have been happy to wait if someone had simply communicated that. When we politely asked if anyone was working the front counter, the employees responded with attitude and seemed annoyed by the question.
