Didn’t get my order right and it was sooooo simple.. Strawberry Sundae with chopped nutts.. Nuts were stale and the sundae looked like clunky spoiled milk.. Never Again.. Knew we shouldn’t have got it when we saw worker wipe someones cup with a dirty looking rag..
Asked for a kids ice cream in a cup, she handed it to us in a cone then then when we reminded her, she put it in a cup upside down. Had to ask for a spoon. I guess she thought the child was going to eat with her hands. No professionalism any more. We also asked for a large and medium ice cream and you could barely tell the difference between the 2. Not a place I'd stop at again.
Not open despite business hours claiming they were. Every other business in the Tanger outlet was open. They wasted an hour of our time. By lying about being open.
