the last 3 times i have asked for chocolate ice cream in my blizzard and haven’t gotten it. always just plain vanilla ice cream at the bottom of my blizzard…
I've been coming to this DQ for a long time. As of late your blizzards are just a med cup of Ice cream, with crumbs. Paying over $10 two cups of ice cream
This DQ used to be the best around but something has changed we decided to give it another try last night and got milk shakes but again they where more like drinking flavored milk. We have gotten blizzards that should of been called milkshakes. We live so close but will be driving to a different location for our treats.
My family and I will never do business with this location ever again. On two separate occasions in a row, we experienced horrible service and food. The first time was when we ordered ice cream and hotdogs. The hotdogs were so badly overcooked that they were crunchy. I had called and talked to a manager named Denise I believe and she stated to bring them in and they will replace them just ask for her. I did do that the following day..
