I'd much rather write a positive review, but this is strike 3 for this food court DQ. I've been here 3 times, and all 3 times different machines were broken. That's a pattern of neglect that gets me on the review page. There's a storefront DQ across the freeway in good repair.
Waited for 5 minutes, nobody was there to take an order during business hours? Got in my car and drove 2 minutes to the next Dairy Queen.
The absolute worst DQ in the valley. Unbelievable lack of service
