Went on a Friday night and although the place was crazy busy the kids attending there were great, friendly and fast. The fruity pebbles shake is out of this world. Thanks for hiring Canadian kids, kudos!
I waited 35 minutes in the drive-thru for two Blizzards this evening. The two employees working were clearly doing their absolute best under very difficult circumstances — they were polite, apologetic, and moving as fast as they could. That said, it’s disappointing to see just two people left to handle what appeared to be a very busy shift. The extreme wait time was clearly due to poor scheduling and understaffing. Dairy Queen St Charles has made about 4/5 cakes for my kids over the past 3 years. Never once have we been disappointed. The taste is great , kids love it and you can see that they really put effort in , when it comes to the theme requested. We recently had a galaxy themed birthday , we made requests and they blew it out the park. Thank you everyone
They closed the store an hour early and locked the doors. Would not provide an explanation. Beyond disappointed.
My favourite DQ ever… the atmosphere is great, the staff is respectful and nice … strongly recommend…
