This location always goes above and beyond. I ordered a cake for my nephews birthday and they decorated it so nicely! Definitely will visit again. The staff is always so nice , clean location ..
Very disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen this morning. I waited at the front counter for approximately 10 minutes, calling out for someone to help me, but no employee came to assist me. I eventually noticed a side door was open and went inside to find a young employee in the back, preoccupied with his phone. When I asked if he was aware that I had been waiting at the counter, he came to the front. At the same time, another man and woman arrived. they never follow instructions. always leave candy sitting at the top, hardly put any in, and never accommodate any requests despite it being the exact same price. terrible cheap service.
