Pretty standard DQ with quick service. For some reason they don't accept DQ gift cards.
The prices first of all are ridiculous, but I understand everything has gone up. But….. the service when I walked in one of the workers were sitting down. No problem, but my nephew got in before me cause i was holding the door for other patrons. So by time i get in ….. the two workers are speaking in their mother tongue staring at my 6 year old nephew laughing. Ohhhh okay….. weirdos…… I ignore cause now i just wanna get in and out. This spot is a nice one. Their customer service is so nice and i love the strawberry cheesecake blizzard!
I ordered a birthday cake online and when I went to pick it up she knew nothing about it. Said the email must've went into her junk! So disappointing when the cake is needed that day. She wasn't very apologetic and her writing skills for the new cake that she piped wasn't good either - it was the worst looking bd cake ever!! If you're going to offer online service than you better be good at it! What's the point if I have to follow up by phone. I won't be back to your shop - this isn't the first time.
