The employee on duty today at 11:13am was truly a character. She was rude and not willing to answer any questions regarding the national ice cream day program, nor the flavours available. She even called the customer "stupid" and "shabi"(in chinese) to show her attitude. Surprised to see such level of customer service nowadays and the business is not caring.
A family member walked in today to pick up treats. Why is the staff member so unfriendly? They asked how the rewards program worked and were met with a shrug. Refused to answer or explain. Someone selling ice cream on a hot summer day should be in a good mood and trained in customer service. The ice cream tasted great but the server was a mood killer.
