First time here. The usual spot nearby we go to for ice cream was closed so decided to go here. Girl working there counter was definitely bored, could've been a bit more friendlier but whatever at least she was competent and relatively quickly. Overall will probably come again even though the place was a bit steep - $12.xx for 2 small cones...I probably still do recommend to those in the area to go check this place out if youre in the area craving some ice cream as there isn't too many places around offering ice cream.
AND I ASLO NEED TO MENTION ONE MORE.. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR CHANGE WHEN YOU GET IT BACK. THAT SAME RUDE LADY SHORT CHANGED ME $1. I HOPE MY DOLLAR WILL HELP TO TURNI THEIR MONEY LOSING OPERATIONS AROUND!
I’m a local who goes on this street a lot. The Dairy Queen is one of the go to places for tourists on the street. It is more expensive than any other Dairy Queen I’ve been to. the lady working at the time was very rude. Normally there is one person at a time working there, and they’re two different people. The one old lady is very rude and rushs your food and makes you pay a lot. She also once took 25 dollars out of my gift card when I Paid $6 for a blizzard! Horrible. Ordered a hot dog with mustard. I watched someone take it out of a warming drawer amd stuff it into a bun and microwave it! Then I asked for relish and they said 1.00 for relish. WTH. I guess they only do ice cream properly. Never again.
