A while ago Dairy Queen was having a day where you could redeem a free ice cream cone using a coupon from their app. I visited this location and was told before the cashier scanned the code that the coupon would not work. I asked him if he could just try to scan the code to see and he refused. I reached out to Dairy Queen’s customer service, and they said that they are aware that this location has been refusing to honor coupons and it is not an issue of updating their software. Ordered a large sparkler and was given a medium. When I informed the staff that I ordered a large she insisted that it was the large size. Scammers
I ordered a medium chocolate dip cone and the girl hands it to me oh sorry the machine isn’t working well. It’s not freezing. I paid almost $6.00 for a mess. Not happy with the service. If it wasn’t working they should not have sold it.
