I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience at your Dairy Queen location. As a U.S. military veteran who recently separated in 2024, I visited your store to enjoy a medium Blizzard and take part in the Veterans Day promotion. However, I was denied service because I did not have a physical military ID card. I was extremely disappointed with the staff’s rude behavior. They messed up my entire order. I clearly asked for an Oreo milkshake, but they handed me a Mint Oreo shake instead! I also asked for three Blizzards Initially, she gave me only two after asking and waiting for about 5-10 minutes. When I asked her about it, she said she only charged me for two. We visited Dairy Queen in South Amboy, New Jersey, on Tuesday (October 6, 2025 time around 10:30 pm), and unfortunately experienced very rude behavior from the staff. We purchased items worth $30, but the staff closed the window immediately after handing us our order, as if we were doing something wrong. Additionally, when we asked about the available flavors, they were unhelpful and not willing to guide us properly.
