Visited dairy queen yesterday while on the move. As the location was along a highway, it was not easy to get to. Parking is at a premium. Employees are friendly and very helpful. The ice cream products are made fresh and tastes delicious. Prices are average. There are benches alongside the location for users to sit at.
Terrible. Looked dirty. Waited 20 minutes with only 3 people ahead of me. The ice cream was tasteless ( soft serve)
The assistant manager is so kind!! She really blessed up with the dairy queen cupcakes. 10/10 service. Hope she always has an amazing and blessed day🤗
Absolutely ridiculous. I was charged four times for one order because their card system was glitching. I tried to work it out directly with the store, and instead of taking responsibility, they gave me the runaround and refused to refund me — all because I didn’t have a receipt. I have proof from my bank statement and they still wouldn’t help. You really lost a customer over $18? Pathetic. I won’t be coming back, and neither will my girlfriend nor family. Hope the extra $18 was worth the bad review and loss of customers.
