Today another failed attempt now they have a sign that says if no one is there ring the bell but no one is there no car or anything. The employees are not there the owner is loosing out $$
We got vanilla soft serve with chocolate dip. The softserve was bit off and chocolate dip was tasting burnt. Not a good experience.
I would pass on the mystery bags. I bought one a couple years ago.It was good, a container of ice cream an ice cream sandwich and an ice cream on a stick. This time, two weeks ago it was two tall containers of ice cream.The girl said the mystery bags contain anything that the trainees make mistakes on, but this time it was all frost bitten, and both containeders. had to go in the garbage. I did not have time to go back for a refund.
This DQ has gone downhill with every single visit, and today was the final straw. I’ve given this place 4–5 chances this year, each time hoping it would finally improve. It never does. Every time I walk in, the entire staff seems to be different. The workers regularly act like you’re inconveniencing them by ordering ice cream you’re paying for. This place is just going down hill tried again to get a grape slush and it was rancid and sour, sewer water is better. To wait 10 mins behind 1 person that already ordered to get this garbage is so disappointing. Then I cant get my money back. I just left it there and walked away. Do not go here.
