Worst customers service.. with the employees in the store 7:48 august 10th. The man in the store needs to take a shower he is running customers away with his odour. I bought a turtle blizzard and it tasted bitter and did not mix properly with the taste of just vanilla. One of the ladies there told me to pay for a switch and I refused so she ignored me until I yelled and made a different one and slam it on the table to me. absolutely no customers service training. Worst DQ I’ve been to. Very stingy with the toppings. We had to show them the pic on the menu for them to make a proper Peanut Buster Parfait as they barely put fudge and peanuts. Today I also got an Orange Julius which tasted like there wasn’t even any vanilla ice cream at all. Just watery orange juice and ice. Not going here again.
Horrible service. Was there 3 hours before the closed. Just came back from my daughter's soccer game and we all had ice cream. My daughter needed to use the washroom and the employee told us we couldn't use it because she had just cleaned it and didn't want it to get dirty. Really? I told her we weren't going to mess it up and she doubled down and said no. Truly bizarre b/c we were paying customers and they weren't closing for a while.
