I can’t think of a time in the last 5 years that I’ve come here and they’ve gotten the order right or refused to make on off menu item even though they have all the ingredients . They cheap out on toppings and I’m currently eating a cookie dough blizzard cake which is missing cookie dough.
The smell in this location is unsanitary, disgusting and a true concern. Its a mix of sewage or decaying matter. Fix this issue immediately! How are you even allowed to operate with the odour? Your poor employees and patrons. How has this not been resolved? DISGUSTING.
The store smells awful. I’ve read other people complaining about the same stench. The staff don’t seem interested in fixing it, guess they like the store empty.
