Waiting 15 minutes at the drive thru to get my order taken, then after waiting 8 more for someone to come to the drive thru window, I left. Such a waste of time. I was 1 of 2 cars in line.
It seems like there was only one person working, she did an amazing job. I was inside asking for ice cream and another customer im the drive and she helped bother without missing a beat. She call for some help but I never seen her get any help.
Went there earlier for a vanilla sun day cone told me the price then when I pulled up to the drive through window I waited and waited; finally a African American guy came to the window telling me there ice cream machine was broken. If the ice cream machine was broken why didn't they tell me when I was ordering.
This place sucks. If it wasn’t for my kids I would stop. I don’t understand why they are so cheap with their candy. I don’t get when I order a butterfinger blizzard that is just vanilla ice cream. The only time I get a NORMAL amount of candy is when I get pay for extra. This is multiple times. It shouldn’t take me going in each time for this to be fixed.
Always polite, great service, very little wait time, orders always correct & loving their billiards.
