I only ordered from here for the points. I ordered 15 minutes ahead of time and when I showed up it still wasn't made. I was given a cupfection with almost all vanilla ice cream. Nobody is paying $9 for a cup of ice cream. There were probably 10 tiny pieces of score total, very little syrup, but at least a brownie was cut in there. Always disappointed in this location. Nice people but I won't be back on purpose.

My husband and I recently took our daughter here while visiting family in Ontario. We only went to this location because it was a place my husband and I used to go to for ice cream when we were younger and lived in Waterloo. To say that we were disappointed by our experience is an understatement. We were served by an older gentleman who seemed very nice, but I feel he should have refused us service as it appears the machine was down. The ice cream we received was VERY watery.
