My husband and I recently took our daughter here while visiting family in Ontario. We only went to this location because it was a place my husband and I used to go to for ice cream when we were younger and lived in Waterloo. To say that we were disappointed by our experience is an understatement. We were served by an older gentleman who seemed very nice, but I feel he should have refused us service as it appears the machine was down. The ice cream we received was VERY watery. Love me a blizzard always good here
Every time I’ve been here, it’s the same guy working at night. Very friendly and actually fills the cup all the way. Very happy with customer service and the blizzards. 10/10 definitely coming here again and again.
