Had an not so good experience not with the young man in the drive thru but the young male in the back making the ice cream totally mad my blizzard rushed and and showed then when I asked for it to be made the same as the one before copped an attitude I spent a 34 dollar tab I should be treated nicely I may come back and give another chance but says a lot about customer service
Every time my family has gone to this location it has been terrible. Either a machine is down, they don't have a menu item or some other issue. I keep trying it because my kids love ice cream and it so close to my home. Tonight was the last time I will ever go there. They couldn't make what I originally ordered because the machine was down so I ordered just a basic hot fudge sundae, a blizzard for my son and a strawberry sundae for my daughter.
