As I aproched the the counter there was nobody in site. It took me a couple of minutes before I realized the employee was siting on a box behind the counter texting on his phone. Once I got his attention I ordered a large orange julius with a banana. The kid clearly didn't put enough orange juice and ice into the drink. I ended up with a watery Banna drink.
Went there with some family for some ice cream, the lady insisted we pay cash. She said the card machine was very slow. So we waited for it to load while she made our orders. During the time she then asked if we could pay cash 5 more times. Asked if we could go use the atm in the food court. Then she told us “if we pay cash she cannot give us change”… I said I wasn’t going to pay cash, as it seemed like she just wanted to pocket it. The girl sara was incredibly polite and provided excellent service with a smile. She was friendly, attentive, and made our visit truly special. We're so impressed👍
The customer service was like being treated like trash. Your employees should get hearing aids. I asked for a medium smoothie, but got a small instead. This place should be replaced by Wendy's. I wasted 10 dollars for something that was the wrong order. Be better next time, please.
