Honestly just the worst Dairy Queen around. The kids working are rude and the ice cream is always half melted somehow, the dipped cones are thinly coated and cracked with ice cream running down the side, food is cold yet dry & they’re snarky when they say say “we’re independently owned.” Yeah, we can tell. Time for a revamp in training and products. Who owns this shithole?
This place cracks me up - just a little standalone shop off 61. You’d expect the people working here to be rude or gross, but I’ve got to say- These are some of the best people I’ve ever talked to. They’re fun, they’re bright, they don’t make you feel dumb or anxious for not ever stopping here so they make suggestions and make it easy on you. They’re not in a rush so you feel like part of the family - and you have never been there before! If I had to suggest any location - it’d be this one. All day.
Very rude and you pay for a moo latte and I asked for whip cream and the chocolate as seen on menu. Young gal said as I told before we are independently owned. We do not do whip cream. What the heck. I replied that I will never go to this DQ again.
Showed up at 8:50 when Google says closes at 9. Says we are closed. Won’t respond. I guess that’s what happens when you employ people who don’t care about your business.
We went here for icecream-stated hours were that they were open until 9:00. At 8:50 they told us over the drive through that they were closed.
