It's a Dairy Queen! They have shakes and Blizzards and the DQ-specific treats you might expect. This one seems a bit more limited than most in flavor options, and it's kind of oddly placed vis a vis roads, but it will do in a pinch.

If you want what you order, I'd suggest another location. 3 visits ago I ordered a cookie dough blizzard (vanilla ice cream - fudge - cookie dough) & received an off menu cookie JAR blizzard (Oreo - cookie dough). 2 visits ago they informed me they were done serving food (they only have hot dogs at this location) at 8:30pm (1/2 hr before close).
