I came here with a friend of mine a few days ago and had a negative experience. The workers were rude and had incredibly slow service for the two items that I ordered. Additionally, the workspace/preparation area that was visible to all customers was very messy and dirty looking. The food and ice cream tasted fine, but the poor customer service made a damper on this experience overall.
The guys working here today were awful and rude. Two guys "working", no customers. I was completely ignored while one proverbially picked his nose and the other was on his cell phone, undoubtedly in contest to not take the next order. When phone guy finally got of his call he seemed totally put out he had lost and had to make a shake. He barely blended it (2 seconds max) so it was a solid ice-cream.
