Our family stopped at this Dairy Queen today around 11:30 to grab beverages while walking around Old Town. I was with my 15 year old daughter, and 3 younger children. The worker at the counter was incredibly unprofessional, rude, and frankly out of line. My daughter asked for a Red Bull, not knowing what was in it. Good management should not tolerate rude and disrespectful employees. Anis’s attitude toward customers was completely unprofessional. Management should seriously address this behaviour.

Terrible customer service. An employee named Anis was extremely rude and disrespectful. My order was wrong, and instead of acknowledging the mistake, Anis argued with me and showed a very unprofessional attitude. One of the worst customer-service experiences I’ve ever had. I won’t be returning.
