This place used to be a go to. Ownership seems to have changed because there's a completely new staff and the prices went up by quite a bit. I get inflation, but the new staff is slow and new owner allows mobile ordering which further slows everything down. Last night it took 25 minutes to get my order and, in that time, no new orders were taken as the line grew and people left. My vanilla ice cream had no flavor and the chocolate tasted weird. I’m from Stamford and grew up going to Dairy Queen, so I have a good sense of the quality this location used to deliver. I understand prices have increased across the board, but with that comes an expectation that quality and consistency remain strong. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my recent experience. The vanilla soft serve tastes different than it used to and melts unusually quickly. Blizzards are often not mixed thoroughly, leaving a noticeable amount of plain ice cream at the bottom. Ok guys , who ruined the vanilla flavor ? Definitely not the same as last year. Very good chocolate milkshake ! Many times the blizzards are not completely filled. New card readers that ask for a tip b4 acceptance of payment.

Great ice cream and great service. Not the best of odors coming from inside. Feel like they could do a better job cleaning
