1. I'm disappointed that DQ eliminated cherry sundaes a couple of years ago. 2. The strawberry sundae was good. 3. I got a cherry dipped cone. The ice cream was melting over the edge of the cone before I got out of the store... maybe it was a new batch. Outside in 90 degree heat, and trying to manage both the coating and the rapidly-liquifying ice cream, it was a real challenge to get it in my mouth instead of on my shirt.

AVOID. Man what a crappy location. Apparently the owner of this location is refusing the deals in the app and it basically rejects it. First the app tells me it's my credit card, I replaced it 3 times. Then I purchased a gift card and still didn't work. I deleted the app and cache and data and reinstalled everything, still the same. Changed phones, new cards new email, same again. Employees are clueless and can't use my number to look up my deal. App has no support. Wasted time and drove here for nothing. Went to get ice cream with my son. I got a vanilla chocolate dipped cone , my sun a strawberry milkshake. I got to the bottom of my cone and found dirt and there was dirt all over my mouth. Will be reaching out to the health department as this is not safe at all.

Extremely disappointed with the service at the Irvine Dairy Queen. My daughter asked for a cup of water from the fountain, and they tried to charge her almost four dollars for a bottled water, then got rude when she clarified she just wanted fountain water. The employee told her she was holding up the queue and basically forced her to buy it. This is not how you treat a child asking for water. We won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this location.
