Every time I come at this location, the Asian dude working over here, he is always friendly and respectful with all the customers. He even makes the order correct. But unfortunately, today the young mexican girl (don't know her name)who made my order(cupfection) did a horrible job on that. Provides some special treats that the family can't find elsewhere. The strawberry shake has a lot of fresh strawberries added, the "creamsicle" flavored shake is fabulous (when available), and the classic chili cheese dog is done right
3 employees inside the store said "they are closed" before 10 pm. 1 said "I was told to say we are closed" 1 said " I turned the ice cream machine off" I asked in general "the manager said you're closed?" The 3rd employee said "yeah,yes" I understand wanting to close on time, can't understand being blatantly lied to.
Very nice store in Tustin. They just have ice cream.
