I visited Dairy Queen on April 19, 2026 at around 2:45 p.m. with my son, and I had mixed emotions about my experience. I want to start by saying that customer service matters to me because I do a lot of reviews, I have a large social media following and I truly believe everyone should be treated the same when they walk through the door. Friendly staff, clean inside, there a restroom for customers and they are well stocked with boxes I've cream.
Big line but its ok it was worth the waiting....super good
I ordered mint oreo ice cream and it was pretty melted. There wasn’t much Oreo nor mint. Customer service was pretty bad too. Would not recommend.
