Why always employess are rude? I regularly visit this Dairy Queen location, but the customer service has repeatedly been disappointing. Staff attitudes often feel unwelcoming and unprofessional, which makes the experience frustrating. My most recent visit was even more disappointing as the food quality did not meet expectations either. I hope management addresses these issues and improves both service and food quality.
Today I make myself buy an ice cream and a smoothie for my son and one of his worker, I rudely use my son because bad service, he was wrong.
Great experience at dq with nice staff ( jaspreet).
Worst experience I ever had in any DQ. Have been there twice , ordered two different things, both had severe quality issues . They don’t warm the brownies and still has the courage to lie that the recipe doesn’t need the brownies to be warmed. A brownie directly out of the freezer - I don’t know which DQ recipe ever had it .
