I visited Dairy Queen Orange Julius, and the staff were nonsense and disrespectful. They didn’t even smile, had rude expressions on their faces, and even made the lemon line order too much sweet.🤢
Why always employess are rude? I regularly visit this Dairy Queen location, but the customer service has repeatedly been disappointing. Staff attitudes often feel unwelcoming and unprofessional, which makes the experience frustrating. My most recent visit was even more disappointing as the food quality did not meet expectations either. I hope management addresses these issues and improves both service and food quality.
Today I make myself buy an ice cream and a smoothie for my son and one of his worker, I rudely use my son because bad service, he was wrong.
Great experience at dq with nice staff ( jaspreet).
