Great ice cream and excellent service.
Manager was an ass, we paid for a split a blizzard and hotdog we were told we were good as in fully paid waited and got the stuff and manager yelled at us PAY ME MY MONEY keep in mind we were thinking it was fully paid cause we were told we’re good so we find it very disrespectful that manager resorted to aggressiveness and bluntness instead of coming up to us and telling us the transaction didn’t go fully through get your management in check people like that do not deserve to work a job relating to customer service

Ordered a white celebration cake with white icing around the border and sprinkles around the border. Went to pick up the cake and it was a white cake with red icing around the border, no sprinkles at all. It was very poorly decorated and just ugly. Asked the guy if he could add some sprinkles and he said he had to get his manager. So I simply showed him my confirmation email and a picture of how the cake was supposed to look.
