They CHOSE not to participate in the free small cone with an upgrade of $1 for dipped cones at this location. They own MULTIPLE locations. It's JUST this location - the most diverse location. Owner was nonchalant. Doesn't care about his customers, just their money. They can NEVER keep employees. Every single time you go there you'll see different people. Their employees are clearly overworked and
Says online closes at 930 but they just told us 9 (it was 910). Disappointing, please update online hours as we came off highway to get there. UPDATE: Boiler plater response given that does not address question/concern. Hours still say 9:30 online, what time do you really close?
