Absolutely no toppings on my order, Multiple times now that I’ve come here Last time I come to this location
Had a good conversation with the manager after a recent review that I placed about the business. Jenny and I discussed some of my concerns, she was open to the feedback and her and I came to an understanding about quality, and consistency. I can greatly appreciate that she took the time to call me and have a conversation and can now forward the feedback to her staff to deliver great and exceptional customer service and quality product. Thank you Jenni for your time and consideration during our phone conversation.
Charged for a blizzard I didn't order and was refused a refund even though I didn't want the blizzard(left it). The customer service at this location it abysmal. The staff at this location should be fired. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
