Customer service is rude. Ordered peanuts to my banana split for $1 extra. Got 10 peanuts. Counter lady was laughing with other lady and speaking Tagalog so not sure what they were saying. Not addressing my complaint.
No prices listed for blizzards on the menu. They said they ran out of large cups after I ordered. They offered a medium and a mini size. Fine. Then they called out my order moments later and it was a large cup. They got me confused with another customer who ordered after me and they ran out of large cups for him. So now the verbal contract of the medium and mini to replace a large I agreed to was for someone totally else. Maybe he wouldn’t agree to that. But anyways back to my order.
