I got my wisdom teeth pulled so my dad bought me a vanilla shake last week from this DQ. I was drinking it when I felt something in my mouth that was not right. I looked in the shake and there were pieces of something all up in it. I looked some more and to my surprise, there was a BUG IN MY SHAKE!! Obviously, cleanliness is not a thing there and I’ve been crashing out for nearly a week because I just drank a big shake and y’all are wrong for giving this to people. I just wanted ice cream and I got not-so-nice cream.
Horrible customer service at the drive through from the young man working. Idk if the intercom isn't working correctly but either he couldn't hear or the person ordering couldn't hear. People were shouting and getting shouted at. Then he almost threw our blizzards into my car upside down instead of just flipping it he was literally trying to spill it into my car. Never a good experience at Durand.
