The Hessville, Hammond DQ on Kennedy Ave. is definitely the worst establishment out of the entire area. Go to another location and you'll save yourself a ton of problems.
I pay for extra toppings & get less toppings than if I would have just ordered it the regular way. I also don’t always get the dessert the way it’s is pictured on their menu, like a sundae with no nuts
Good service but I had to wait for them to open after their hours said they would be open so I had to go to a different dq just to get a damn blizzard
Friendly staff and my order was made perfectly. Always a quick stop when I want something sweet.
