Whoever decorates the cakes needs to be properly trained. Writing is off center and inconsistent. For $50 a cake I was expecting better
My children and I always buy ice cream from DQ when we visit Lougheed mall. Today staff were pleasant and the chocolate extreme brownie treat was so yummy and refreshing!

Disappointing Drink at Dairy Queen/Orange Julius I picked up a small Piña Colada from the Dairy Queen/Orange Julius at Lougheed Mall on Tuesday July 1st 2025 and left feeling pretty disappointed. The drink cost about $6 and was mostly foam, with very little actual juice. It was gone in just a few sips and didn’t feel worth the price at all. My daughter ordered an Oreo blizzard today in DQ, the staff asked: ‘ do you wanna a medium or large?’ My daughter chose the medium. I felt something wrong because usually she buys a small size. I asked the staff if they had a small size, the answer was yes, I asked why they didn’t offer the small size as one of the options, she said because she was doing upselling. Obviously, she was trained to MISLEAD customers to spend more on a bigger size of blizzard. Disgusting!
