I was deeply disappointed when I got my order today for my best friends graduation. I originally wanted a small round cake as seen below but I was told that the store wouldn’t be able to complete that in the time frame I needed (3-4 days). The person working suggested I get a log cake and that they could still do the graduation cap design on the cake with the message I wanted which I was okay with. Yeah I think their customer service skills are trash here. Like my ice cream was literally stale and not edible and I wanted my money back because it was not edible. Apparently none of the workers are trained to give refunds or even open their tills to give cash. Needs new management clearly when the lady is literally like “I don’t know how to open the register” probably they’re probably too lazy to do that.
