If there's one worker behind the counter who stands out, it's Gem! She is pleasant, competent, and hard working. What we purchase at Dairy Queen is tasty and satisfying but may not be so healthy. That's why we need employees like her to feel better about our eating habits and decisions.:) Great service and great sundaes at this food court DQ and my experience is always positive.

Should update their business hours to 8:50pm. There were two workers today on November 20, 2024. I understand we came really close to their closing time, but if you're open until 9pm, at least let us know that you'll help us soon, or if you're closed, let us know too. Both the workers looked up with a stone cold facial expression, saw us and turned away and continued cleaning without saying a word. If I'm going to pay $7 or $8 for a glorified stirred ice cream, at least provide me with decent service.
