The WORST Hamburger I have eaten in years, and the French Fries tasted like they made 3hrs before I bought them. I went there at 6:00 during dinner hour and it tasted stale. I did purchase Ice Cream and it was VERY GOOD, go there for ice cream not FOOD!

Ordered the new Reese’s Carmel blizzard and it was runny with huge chunks of Reese’s pieces and Carmel in it. So disgusting I threw it out. I wish I had checked it out before leaving but didn’t notice till I got home. This is the second time the blizzard was horrible. The first time they got my order wrong. I’m done with Dairy Queen.

Show up there daughter would like banana split. No bananas. Then I wanted a box of buster bars and they have none. Then asked again for another box of deli bars. None I came here to get ice cream and they have nothing for me. No bananas nor anything completely ridiculous just like Taco Bell. this is gonna be swept under the carpet. Nobody’s gonna hear about it. Nobody’s gonna do anything about it Just completely reminding them of your servicing to community and you don’t have service very disappointed.

Went today on taco Tuesday and the lady taking my order Toni was really sweet nice and professional. She greeted my family and I when we walked in. And she came out to check on us to make sure we needed anything. Took our trash and everything. Very good service. Thank you Toni. I will be back to this location.

Thank you to Dakota P. a very kind and very professional young man who works there, who rung up our order, he doubled checked our order! Update 07/07 - Spoke to the General Manager who had zero empathy whatsoever. Instead, she brings the fact that my dog put her paws on the counter right when we left, yes, obviously as I said, she is a SERVICE dog and knew I was getting very aggravated. No empathy for the situation at all but to try and put the blame on me - obviously the dog is going to react in situations like that - that is exactly what she is trained to do. Used to be great, not anymore. Awful service. They can't get your order correct and then want to argue with you. Awful experience, tried to get in touch with management to no avail. I'm never coming here again. Avoid this location specifically.

Horrible service ordered a heath blizzard minus hot fudge add cone dip. Then was charged extra money for cone dip, unsure why u remove an item but charge for an item. This doesn’t make since, I’m not adding an additional item.  So I’m paying double for an item? Maybe I should have asked for the hot fudge on the side & the cone dip in the blizzard , since I’m paying for it.
