Pretty much the same experience as many other customers at this location. I went in with my daughter about 50 minutes before closing. No greeting (not a big deal since I don't love chit chat anyway), ordered our 2 blizzards, didn't get asked if I wanted anything else, or say thanks or even the total. Offered up our coupon from a recent mailer (which is about the only way we go to DQ since the prices are pretty high for basic ice cream), and the employee sighs and snatches it from my hand and makes a big gesture like its an u... read more

I just got a blizzard (Saturday Nov. 22nd @ 7pm) and the lady at the register was pretty rude. I walk up to the counter waiting for her to ask me if I'm ready (which is standard protocol for any restaurant), then she doesn't even look up at me or say anything, she then gives me a look as if to say "I'm waiting idiot", shaking her head as if I'm a crazy person It was a very condescending response/customer service and I didn't appreciate it.

We’ve been visiting this location nearly every Saturday for 15 years and have never had such horrible customer service. No answer when we asked about flavors and we take them home but when we asked for a tray or even just lids we were handed the open blizzards and they just walked away. They were a melted mess all over the car by the time we got home (since they were for multiple people who were not there to eat them right away).
