The manager invited me for an interview and then ghosted me before I even got there. No communication whatsoever. Wasted my time and transportation. I wonder how they treat their employees.
I ordered a cake from Dairy Queen and specifically asked for a name to be written on it. When I picked it up, they had spelled the name wrong. I politely asked if they could redo it, but they refused and said there was nothing they could do. For something as simple and important as a name on a cake, this is really disappointing. Terrible customer service—I won’t be ordering cakes here again.
