Me and my fiancé arrived thinking that our ice cream cravings would get satisfied and we were terribly disappointed. My fiancé placed the order, the customer service was horrendous the moment the food started being served my fiancé order a Pineapple Tajín lemonade the guy, handing my fiancé the drink spills some on his hand 🤚 didn’t acknowledge it just ignored it completely and when my fiancé asked about the Tajín (because the drink 🥤 didn’t have any like how it did in the promotion) no response

I am extremely concerned about the safety at this Dairy Queen location in Las Vegas. My 7 year old daughter was washing her hands in the restroom when the water came out so hot it burned her hand, causing her to scream in pain you heard her all the way to the lobby. I immediately reported it to the staff and said they have told their manager before and that he doesn’t care to do much about it. My employees like cold treats after a blazing hot day. We stop in regularly as it reminds me of when I was a kid in Indiana. It was a small town but we had a DQ. Dilly bars and blizzards forever :)
