Just wait for your next visit after they stop being so busy and get their employees trained more. Blizzard was not the one I ordered but it was good. Employees seemed lost in everything. Food was alright but took a while. If you go when it's not busy I would think it would be better.
We decided to try the new DQ. Our food came out in decent time, and everything was correct. However, I went back up to the counter to get an ice cream cone for someone in my group. I waited several minutes in line to order because the line was slow, and then waited another TEN MINUTES for one ice cream cone. It appears they only fulfill the orders inside the restaurant in the order they receive them, no matter if you ordered one ice cream cone or a whole bunch of hot food.
