Every time I go in there the older man and older women always have the WORST attitudes. Will not be returning.
For being being family owned they sure don’t treat you like family, very rude and the old man is always grumpy. FYI rainbow cone is down the street along with Andy’s either one is better than here.
02/01 Update... I received the response to the review, and in that there is a link, and guess what...it takes to the General Contact Us info webpage..Now it is clear why the franchise owners don't care because the corporate doesn't care, there is no personalization. Just posting a general link is not good enough to pacify a customer who is upset after your store visit. 01/31: The owner is very rude and with a bad attitude.. Doesn't know how to treat customers
