I personally do not care if their friends come in and joke around with the workers. I get it they’re ur friends whatever.. main issue is it seems like there’s somewhat of a prejudice or maybe a little bit of racism towards certain ethnicities from both their little buddies that visit them while working and by some employees. No one ever looks like they know what they are doing. Blizzards are never solid enough, seems to always start melting instantly. Bad location and bad team leaders 👎🏻

I came in on July 10th around 7 PM and unfortunately had a very disappointing customer service experience. When I walked in, I saw a sign advertising “$5 off if you order $10+ on the app.” After selecting my items and checking out, I noticed the discount was not applied. I politely asked an employee, “Hi, how do I get the $5 off?” She responded, “I don’t know.” I pointed out that the sign mentioned the promotion, and she replied, “I don’t know, I don’t use the app, you can Google it.” I understand employees don’t know about ... read more

Place was super dirty, floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months, all the tables were filthy. At least 5-7 people behind the counter and it only seemed 2 were actually working. Unprofessional staff. More concerned with joking around with each other than running the store, cleaning, or paying attention to their customers. Blizzard was melting before I even got it.
