Place was super dirty, floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months, all the tables were filthy. At least 5-7 people behind the counter and it only seemed 2 were actually working. Unprofessional staff. More concerned with joking around with each other than running the store, cleaning, or paying attention to their customers. Blizzard was melting before I even got it.

The quality and service of this Dairy Queen at 24 & Hayes in Shelby Township has gone down significantly over the last several months. We’ve been in several times and every-time our ice cream isn’t up to standards. Many times the ice cream is soft/melting, orders are wrong and service isn’t great. Not sure we’ll be back to this DQ besides to order ice cream cakes.
Very poor service, workers seem lost, my blizzard was melted by the time I got out the door.
