Great place to have in the neighborhood. Friendly service and always well made
My daughter and I visited this evening. We were very disappointed to find that on a summer evening at 8:30 pm, there were only 2 employees there. For the longest time, there was only one young lady helping customers, not sure what the other young lady was. The store closes at 9 and the line was out the doors. Also, it seems as though the store was “OUT” of a lot of things on the menu. Very bad customer service.
What’s up this place? You never know what you’re gonna get. I’m so disappointed with my blizzard. There is way too much topping in there I can’t even enjoy the ice cream at all. What a waste. And I found a hair in it.
Ordered a strawberry cheesecake chocolate blizzard and I got Vanilla ice cream with 2pieces of cheesecake. Teenagers working there who have no clue what they are doing. Saw an adult who was too busy on her phone to pay attention. Never will go there again
