Great service and treats.
I was in the drive-thru and ordered a regular size blizzard. When I pulled up to the window, the operator held out my ice cream. When I reached for it, they demanded the money and, before I could hand it to them, they abruptly jerked the ice cream back away from the window. It felt very rude and unprofessional. While the ice cream itself was what I expected, this behavior made the entire experience uncomfortable and frustrating. I did call management to inform them of this incident.
