Ordered a chocolate brownie extreme blizzard which is made with vanilla ice cream and cocoa fudge. When asked why they made it with chocolate ice cream they stated that they only make it with vanilla ice cream if the customer asks. THE BLIZZARD IS MADE AND ADVERTISED WITH VANILLA ICECREAM. Why would I have to ask for it. Don’t waste your money at this location.
While the ice cream is excellent the business practice is poor. My child was asked if she wanted whipped cream on a shake which is shown in ads with whipped cream. I was surprised to be charged a dollar extra. It is shown on a hand written sign off to the side and just said "extra" not an amount. First, if it is extra, don't offer it. Let people ask for it. I came here tonight with my 5 year old and she wanted a small cone dipped in cherry. We paid in all change because times are extra hard right now as a single mom, it was the last few dollars to my name. Anyways the lady handed my daughter the cone wrapped in a napkin and it slipped out of her hands and ended up on floor.
