Dear Dairy Queen, I just had the worst experience I ever had at your store at Carrefour Laval. I don’t know if somebody forced the lady out of her own will to go to work, but I’ve rarely faced disrespect and attitude like this. I’m not even asking for a smile or a “thank you, have a great day”. but the bare minimum would be to leave the ice cream on the counter, not slide it so fast that it almost fell and she turned her back on me.
