Super helpful staff. Love the i ecream cakes as always.
I visited in the afternoon around 1 PM, but unfortunately, the server’s attitude was very unwelcoming. It felt like she didn’t want to be there, which made the experience unpleasant. I think this will be my final time purchasing ice cream from this shop.
The absolute worst experience. Ordered a cone and the server with glasses couldn't make it properly, also short changed me on the size. The cashier was stone faced, no smile and rude. This was July 15 late afternoon. The usual red head who also works there a lot was on break. She's not so friendly either but her replacement is the worst! Don't go to this location if you can help it, even if it's in the mall (Carrefour). They'll make you feel terrible.
