The service is very bad manager looks so unhappy and not the best to talk to. Asked for a cotton candy desert that is advertised on the official dairy queen site she told me those are sometimes fake but I was there the week before and ordered that same thing and a nice lady with a arm sling made it for me no problem.
Took a while to get our food. When it came the food was good and the ice-cream was great
Whoever the snotty manager is, who was on duty on 15 March at dinner time, should be fired. She was not helping the staff, just talking and taking them away from serving customers. When I asked to talk to her, she never made eye contact and was extremely arrogant and unapologetic about the horrible wait times. 35 minutes for a combo meal is a ridiculous time to wait.
