This DQ claims to be under “new management” and that is quite possibly the worst mistake they could have made. There have been zero positive changes since new management took over. If anything business AND the service has gone severely downhill. For starters why is the ice cream machine always broken? That’s predominantly what you sell. Absolutely horrible!!! Have been out of cups,Reese’s, Oreos, m&m’s and every other topping they should have. Said it was coming Monday on the truck. Went back on Tuesday only to be told they were again out of every product they should have. Very disappointing. On the plus side we discovered Frost Bite is amazing with better prices.
Worst DQ experience ever. Only person in line, took them 10 minutes to finally get to me (no drive through wasn’t busy either). Ordered, waited another 10 minutes. They handed me the blizzard already dripping down and shut the window on me. It was a 5 minute drive back home and in those five minutes 2 of the blizzards made deep pools of ice cream in my cupholders and the other one I had, I had no other choice but to hold it and have it drip on my passenger seat. Waited 20 minutes for order at window only to get a raw uncooked hotdog
This location has gone severely downhill over the last few years. I don’t understand why you’re trying to pass off liquid slop as a blizzard. What happened to the thick blizzards you used to serve? Why are they already melted and spilling all over the side of the cup when you hand it to me? Also, why aren’t you flipping the blizzards upside down anymore?
