Good help is hard to find! I went to the Danville location first to be told that they were out of cakes and that she was the only one working so I was S.O.L. plus I was the only customer... I drove to Avon to see if my luck would change. They were in the middle of unloading a truck but that didn't stop Carinn from smiling and providing superior customer service. Visited with family twice and was impressed both times as I've never been to a restaurant that Id rate as a one star experience. The food tasted OK but my complaint is specifically with the service. it will take up to 20-30 minutes to get ice cream with three cars in the drive-through and two customers ordering out the window. The building appears to be staffed by five or 16 teenagers that are usually either apathetic or confused. Wasn’t even busy and we even ordered ahead on the app, we got there and when we pulled up to the window they told us to pull up and wait and that they were out of a bunch of items so we didn’t even get one of the blizzards we wanted. We waited almost 20 minutes for 2 blizzards one a mini and one a small, when we finally got them they were all melted.
