They Should Train their staff how to treat customers . Young White Boy ( On Front ) was Really Rude , he ain’t know how to behave with customers .
The young woman working there was so nice and pleasant. There was a rush of people who came in right after us, but she didnt get frazzled. She was a steadfast, smiling the entire time.
Made an online order for an Ice cream cake a month ago and the email said the store will call for payment , never did so I called earlier this week for the guy to tell me my cake was not in the system but should be later this week . Flash forward to the day I’m supposed to pick up my cake , and no cake is there for me . So here I am with no ice cream cake that I specifically customized for my birthday. Update your systems so orders actually go through.
