Had a horrible experience. Right as I walk in there’s a horrible smell and unclean floors. I ordered my ice cream and said I wanted the one displayed on the window and the employee had an AirPod in and put in the wrong order. Then it took 30 minutes for them to make our order. Very bad experience overall. The crew needs to be retrained they were extremely slow and unhygienic.
