We walked in expecting a simple treat and left completely disappointed. Despite being a branded Dairy Queen location, they refused to honor official Dairy Queen coupons—no explanation, no courtesy, just a flat-out “we don’t take those” delivered with attitude. I had to repeat to the lady what I wanted 10 times and she still managed to get my order wrong 😐
This is the only DQ in town that's given me spoiled bananas in my banana split more than once. Forget it, go elsewhere.
Gave my order out to the wrong person, had me waiting for 20 minutes, and continued to prioritize others orders even after hearing I hadn’t received mine and had been waiting.
